Assisting individuals in learning basic work-related skills necessary to acquire and retain competitive employment base on the person’s work preference and abilities. Teaching them concepts, interpersonal skills, how to build and maintain good relationships at work, good communications skills, rights and responsibilities, appropriate workplace attire, conducts, and ethics.
